Actress and animal rights advocate Carolyn Hennesy was born and raised in Los Angeles. She practically grew up in the studio and has appeared in over 100 theatrical productions in Los Angeles and in regional and international theatre venues. She trained at American Conservatory Theatre and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, in London and earned a dramatic scholarship to the California State University at Northridge, CA.
Carolyn excelled as the vicious “Rosalyn Harris” on the HBO series "True Blood". Hennesy is best known for her memorable work as “Barb Coman” on ABC’s "Cougar Town" and she was Emmy nominated for her role as “Diane Miller” on ABC’s "General Hospital".
